Beautify Your Home With These: Part 5

50 Items to Beautify Your Home: Part 5: 41 - 50

I have always loved the way sheer curtains hang by themselves and when they are paired with another set. I love the way they flow when the window is open and a nice breeze is coming through. It's almost like watching the slowing down the scenes of motions in a movie.

I have never been a fan of curtains that have ruffles. I am more drawn to curtains that are sheer and the ones that are made with lace. They can have designs and patterns, but the curtains cannot be too busy.

The colors that I tend to go for are white, ivory, a dark burgundy or plum, deep dark blue, black, charcoal grey, egg shell, dark burnt orange, tan, beige and dark green.

I choose these colors because in my opinion, I like the way they look and these colors tend to give a room a more expensive look. I also feel that these colors flow better when matching them up.

Just below you will find my final list of 10 items you can use to beautify your home.

41. Shower Head Sets: I prefer shower heads that are silver, have multiple settings and filters out cleaner water. They can come in a variety of styles, sizes, and finishes. Shower heads are included as great additions because they can be a quick way to enhance your shower space.

42. Mirrors: They can be used in just about any room. You can hang them on the walls. You can use the freestanding mirrors which can be placed on your dresser, or you can look into the ones that stand over 5 feet on the floor.

43. Curtain Pullbacks: You can gather your curtains and pull them back and let the sunlight in. Not only do they come in a variety of styles and finishes, they also can come in sets. Pick the ones you want.

44. Chairs: There is nothing wrong with placing chairs in the areas you feel extra seating could be needed. You can place throw pillows on them for decorative purposes, comfort and as additional back support.  Chairs come in a variety of colors, styles, and sizes.

45. Wall Sconces: I would prefer getting at least two identical sconces or a set. You can place these wherever you feel it looks right to you. Sconces can come in many styles and will add a beautiful touch of elegance to your space.

46. Laundry Hampers: These are much needed items because they can stylishly hold dirty laundry. My choice would be to place a hamper in my bathroom and one in my bedroom. I like the hampers that are hand woven or have a hand woven look. You have quite a few options you can from.

47. Towel Rings: As another stylish option, you can use towel rings instead of towel racks or towel holders. You can put them in your bathroom or wherever you feel you need them. They come in a variety of finishes. I am sure you will find something you can use.

48. Magazine Racks: For those of you who still read and look through magazines. You can keep them all organized in one place with the use of magazine racks. They are available in different designs and the prices are pretty affordable too.

49. Indoor Umbrella Stands: There are not too many places you can store umbrellas without them looking out of place. The indoor umbrella stands are the best storage solution because umbrellas can be put away neatly and out of the way. You have some pretty nice options when you are ready to get one.

50. Coat Racks: Here is another coat hanging option especially when there is no other space available. Coat racks are available in the standalone, freestanding and mounting versions. I prefer the latter because it makes everything look much neater.

I have given plenty of options you can choose from. Now all you have to do is make your choices and styles your space.

Until Next Time. Enjoy Living and Loving Life.
